Be sure you have your keys on the root. Run N1dus and it will read all the files as a whole and install. Share. NSZ helps when downloading large files. yeah plenty of tools that convert across all formats, you can install nca's directly as well through tinfoil etc. you can bundle nca into nsp's but most people don't bother though unless the game has a ton of separate dlc's as nca's already (since updates are cumulative)
