New to skyrim Modding. Just installed the game after years of inactivity. I saw a couple of tutorials already about installing this and have been looking for the download link for this. I honestly can't find it. They said it was below news, but I don't see it, I even inspected the page and I can confirm that nothing is there.

Guessing your RAM can be XRM enabled (something like that) which you might need to turn on in BIOS. Also may have to set skyrim (prefs).ini to use more RAM. Should be able to Google and find out how to do these things and the BIOS setting significantly improved performance for me.
I installed the Yggdrasil modlist, and the game is working great. However, I have a 4070ti so probably have some headroom for some ENBs and other graphics mods. I tried installing Scenery ENB and followed the instructions (basically just move some files and download required mods through Mod Organizer).
