Yep. I was 3cm and 80% at my 37 week appointment (37w4d) and the same the next week (even though I lost my plug at 37w5d). I had read that these things may mean weeks still left waiting (I had assumed I would still be late), so i continued life as usual (going to work, running errands, exercise routine, chasing after my 3-year-old).
