For powders, there seems to be a split base on bullet weight. The lighter 100-109 gr loved BA/dasher powder (VG,4166) while the heavies like 6xc/6cm Powder (h4350,RL16,SB6.5)

Dec 13, 2020 · Upon investigating it, I think one of the main issues is simply when the round leaves the mag based on the base-to-shoulder length, combined with the overall length of the round. 6BR<6BRA<6 Dasher<6GT<6x47L<6 Creed. My advice would be to avoid your first barrel being an experiment in potential feeding issues, and stick with 6 Creed. My personal opinion on the round is that shooters should take advantage of the extra case capacity over the Dasher and BR variants by running higher BC 109/110gr bullets, or heavier, at velocities equal to or greater than the Dasher running 105s..
