Plan Benefits. I'm in Indiana on MHS Hip Plan Plus, and I just got informed that I have $40 worth of credits for my My Health Pays rewards card. I looked up what I can do with it, and it says that it can be used almost exclusively at Walmart to buy anything there except for the big three (Firearms and ammo, tobacco, and alcohol).
