Got back to back Kurask tasks and i was geniuenly surprised how good this is for training strength or basically any attack stat. With my max hit of 61 with leaf-bladed battleaxe (88/91/90 stats) full bandos, slayer helm(i), torture, b ring(i), barrows gloves, fire cape and dboots i managed to get over 105k xp/h with a nice amount of profit aswell which counts a lot.I've only killed 500 of each to compare.
