Search through the user's AppData folder and delete absolutely everything named after OneDrive (it's a long list that includes caches, logs, a whole host of stuff) When all of that is gone, reboot, reinstall OneDrive and you should be ok. you will find it in this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\. Expand Microsoft folder click on the "arrow", inside you'll see the Onedrive folder, click with "Right-Click" over Onedrive folder and delete all. This process only remove Onedrive configuration, the data will be fine.
