Master lost sector not dropping exotics.

I heard about exotics almost guarantee dropping when you complete a master lost sector solo so I’ve tried master lost sectors twice on my hunter and once on my warlock and I didn’t get a single exotic from all 3 runs even tho I got platinum on every run.There's no bad luck protection so you probably are just getting unlucky. #1. That honestly seems higher than I would expect, but again great work!

I have tried Vex Strike Force 10-15 times and keep getting drops of exotics I already have. I have tried it on all three characters which have lost sector exotics missing from a few expansions. It's a lost sector, for one. It'll take 5 - 8 mins to run once we're at the appropriate light. It's only hard right now because most of us are 30 under, and our Stasis subclasses aren't even fully unlocked/realised. And it has a decent chance at dropping exotics too, so a fireteam of 3 will wreck that whole lost sector in less than 5 minutes.

Exotics you don't own have a higher weight to drop iirc but it is not guaranteed to drop before ones you own. Dawn chorus and bota drop from lost sectors, about a 1/4 for legend and 1/3 for master. Secant filaments and rain of fire iirc need you to beat the witch queen, and they should start dropping from lost sectors.
