This has been said a lot but heat treating will make more difference than just 1 vs the other. All things being equal 35 is superior. The better test would be PM2 S35VN vs S30V. They use the same heat treat so should be a fair test. ZT vs Spyderco isn't really a test of anything but ZT vs Spyderco.
