I think the Gen 5 in the Summit and Freeride is where there has been significant improvements. Hello, I just sold my 800 to upgrade to a used 2018 850, 1100 miles. When I bought the sled, I noticed a couple drops of clean red oil on the belly pan. Asked the seller about it and he said that's the first he had seen, so I assumed it was just some spilt oil as the engine bay was clean. I changed the chain case every 1200 miles lubed and adjusted the track every other ride and adjusted the belt when needed. Never even changed the plugs. Early in the season you should check and adjust your track tension and track alignment.
