Prior to this happening I had my iphone plugged in to the micro-USB and I did recieve a phone call. I removed all paired phones and this did nothing. I figured it had something to do with the iphone being connected/plugged in. Once I plugged my iphone back in I was able to turn the power off on the radio. That fixed the issue, hope this helps. J4.
