Make wither skulls and soul sand and feed them into a wither grinder. I have 4 small enderio farming stations with a bunch of tier 2 growth crystals doing this and it's giving me about 4 supremium/minute. 2.Eventually, you'll realize that anything you do with inferium seeds is going to be too slow in the long run. As soon as you can, set up a powered spawner or mob duplicator and start collecting wither skeleton skulls. Use a Tinker's cleaver with the mob duplicator.
