With most litters, the clean litter should be below the suggested line. This fixes the issue a lot of the time, even when it doesn’t look to full -make sure the bot is not touching the wall or anything else -make sure the bonnet is on correctly and seems tightly snapped -make sure the bag is hooked on the 4 notches, below the tray.
Within 2 weeks I started getting false full errors, and then today it has failed due to the pinch detect fault. I've spent hours watching self repair videos, cleaned the sensors, cleared the pinch detectors, and after 2 cycles it is back to pinch default errors. They over engineered this thing to have sensitive parts exposed to corrosion. It's my fault for adding too much litter and not resetting the weight sensor.
