Eh, Hyper Drain doesn't give back or steal much of either as a trade off of taking both resources at once. Ki blast builds are better than Strike builds for PvE. The general approach is to spam ki blast moves until everyone dies. Female saiyan are better to spam ki blast while Male saiyan are better if you want to integrate melee combos. Female/Male Saiyan with Super Vegeta. Ultimates: Giant Storm and Saiyan Spirit.
