As others stated it’s likely due to progressive fatigue and the level at which your auto subs trigger. You can adjust the auto sub fatigue threshold lower and it will not sub them out as early as now but for the future you just have to manage your team’s fatigue better or … In franchise mode my starters at multiple positions such as HB, WR, DE, and S get swapped out for backups in those positions and the starters never play. Turning off progressive fatigue and setting the sub-out slider extremely low still haven’t fixed the issue.
