Heat sword warframe.
Both are good for different reasons. Fragor does good damage but swings slow, also good for driving nails. Heat Sword swings faster for reduced damage but has innate Heat on slam attacks, which does decent damage and is a guaranteed proc I believe.
Cronus is pretty much the worst sword in the game by stats. If modded correctly it'll still be adequate for the level you're at, but the Heat Sword is better in every way.
