Okay I'm confused about something. With Zune HD, the price went up to $399 if you wanted the highest capacity they offered, 64 GB. So depending on how you look at it, that's on par with the OG Zunes, with capacities that range from 192 GB and beyond. Still, that's quite high. Sadly not anymore, Microsoft stopped offering artist images and bios for Zune years ago. I would like this software to work the same as Groove Music for artist images. But it is possible to put artist images on a Zune HD manually.

Glad it works now. Check the tags on your MP3 files (in Windows file properties, not Zune software.) If "artist" and "contributing artist" aren't in there, the file won't show up on the Zune's menus even if it's physically on the Zune. That's what happened to me anyways. Check the other tags, too.
