Shortly after starting up the engine and 3-4 minutes of idling time, the engine just die from lack of fuel. There's no way to start it up again. If I manually dump some fuel in the carburetor it will run a bit and die again.

If the primary were to go on to far, the cooling fins on the back of the clutch could hit the metal plate behind it.I recently bought a 03 Kawasaki Prairie 650 beat up to fix up.
