The main problem is the amount of DPS compared to tanks and healers. There is 9 DPS in the game, and only 3 tanks and 3 healers. Which naturally would mean DPS will have a much higher queue time as they are not as "in-need" as the others. Tanks get instant-queue 80% of the time because they are in demand.
