Some people said, that might be because I have a pending 140, I do have a pending EB3 140, but my 485 is filed based on APPROVED EB2 140 for sure. I now highly doubt USCIS mistakenly for some reason linked my 485 to the pending EB3 140 instead of the approved one., that might be why they transfer the case back to NSC to wait for EB3 140 to get ....
