At MaDie-Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal within the European Union.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unworn or unused.

• With all original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear or missing components may result in a reduced refund amount.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@madie-fashion.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, color preference, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

• Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, MaDie-Fashion will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at info@madie-fashion.de. Please include photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate it and provide a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Opened hygiene articles (e.g., underwear or cosmetics).

• Perishable goods.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
