Shipping Guidelines

At MaDie-Fashion, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Area

Currently, MaDie-Fashion ships exclusively within Germany. We cannot process orders with delivery addresses outside of Germany at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders within Germany.

  • Any additional express shipping options (if available) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Estimated Delivery: Usually 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect to receive your order within 4–9 business days from the date the order was placed.

  • We use reliable shipping carriers, including DHL, DPD, or Hermes, depending on the product type and delivery location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete (Name, Street, House Number, Postal Code, City). MaDie-Fashion is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Damages During Shipping

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue:

8. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we generally cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you no longer want the item, please follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the package.
